Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Friday that Uttar Pradesh would add momentum to India’s growth story.
He said the youth of Uttar Pradesh have the ability to give wings to the dreams of businesses and businessmen.
“Your dreams will come true through the commitment and passion of young people,” he said.
Addressing the third inauguration ceremony here, the Prime Minister said: “We are the fastest growing nation among the other G-20 countries. Our government has followed the mantra of reform, performance and transformation”.

He said policies were now being crafted with a vision for the future and added, “Over the past eight years, we have worked to strengthen the digital revolution. We have brought political stability and erased irrelevant laws.” .
The Prime Minister said the next 25 years would be “Amrit Kaal” where new goals and new endeavors would propel the country to greater heights.
He said investment in Uttar Pradesh would benefit the new generation the most. “The investment of Rs 80,000 crore will bring thousands of job opportunities for the youths and write the history of the growth of the state,” he added.
The Prime Minister further said that the global scenario brings new opportunities and India is emerging as a reliable friend as it has the capabilities. He added that India’s potential and performance were appreciated.
He said that after a gap of nearly 37 years, the people had re-elected a government in Uttar Pradesh, which says a lot about the performance of the Yogi government.
The prime minister said the government has decided to develop five kilometers on the banks of the Ganga as a corridor for organic farming.
He asked investors to focus on agriculture and food processing sectors that would bring huge opportunities.
“We got rid of unnecessary laws,” he said, adding that the dual-powered BJP government has accelerated the growth of the state.
Praising the state government, the Prime Minister said that as an MP he had interacted with the state bureaucracy and found them capable and work oriented. “My confidence in them has grown and I commend all government employees for their work,” he added.
The Prime Minister also invited investors to visit Varanasi which is his parliamentary constituency.
“You must visit Kashi and see the new look of the city which has preserved its heritage,” he said.
Earlier, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath thanked the Prime Minister for his vision and guidance which gave wings to Uttar Pradesh.
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said the state had changed under the rule of Yogi Adityanath and the leadership of the prime minister.
